Owner and Occupational Therapist
Ashley LaJoie is the founder and owner of Excel Therapy Services, P.C., and a highly respected occupational therapist serving communities throughout Aroostook County and the State of Maine. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree and holds national board certification (OTR/L). Ashley also holds a Professional Certificate in School-Based Practice from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), further strengthening her expertise in supporting students across educational settings.
In addition to her clinical credentials, Ashley is both a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) and a Remote Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (REAS), enabling her to provide specialized ergonomic evaluations for individuals and organizations across diverse environments.
Ashley has built Excel Therapy Services on a foundation of professional excellence, compassionate care, and evidence-based practice. She is deeply committed to supporting children and families through school-based services, early intervention programming, pediatric outpatient therapy, and telehealth and hybrid service models.
In 2023, Ashley was selected as an Aroostook Achiever, a recognition that honors individuals making a meaningful impact in the region. She was celebrated for her significant contributions to the health and wellness sector of Aroostook County, Maine, highlighting her dedication to improving access to high-quality therapy services for children and families across the area.
With a strong entrepreneurial background and years of hands-on clinical experience, Ashley leads her team with a clear vision: to deliver client-centered, ethical, and highquality therapy that empowers individuals to achieve their fullest potential. Her approachable leadership style, strategic mindset, and dedication to innovation have positioned Excel Therapy Services as a trusted leader in occupational therapy throughout northern Maine.
Outside of her professional work, Ashley draws inspiration from her roles as a wife, mother, and creative entrepreneur—perspectives that shape the compassionate and personalized care she and her team provide. She also credits her faith and family for their guidance and unwavering support, which continue to inspire her both personally and professionally.

Occupational Therapist
Cassidy LaJoie is a dedicated and highly skilled Occupational Therapist serving children and families across Aroostook County, Maine. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) degree and holds national board certification (OTR/L). In addition, Cassidy is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS), allowing her to integrate ergonomic principles into both pediatric and educational settings to promote functional success.
Cassidy plays a key role on the Excel Therapy Services team, providing school-based occupational therapy, early intervention services, and pediatric outpatient care. She is passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to thrive at school, at home, and in their communities. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, thoughtful collaboration with families and educators, and a genuine commitment to each child’s individual growth and well-being.
Known for her warm personality, professionalism, and creative problem solving, Cassidy brings a strong blend of clinical expertise and compassionate care to her work. She works closely with schools and families to create supportive environments where children can build independence, confidence, and functional skills.
Cassidy is deeply invested in serving her local community and contributing to the continued growth of Excel Therapy Services, P.C. Her dedication to quality care and her collaborative spirit make her an invaluable member of the therapy team.
Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her family, husband and their golden retriever, Holand.
Occupational Therapist
Haleigh Jipson is a valued member of the Excel Therapy Services team, bringing a diverse background in occupational therapy to her work with children and families across Aroostook County, Maine. She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) degree and holds national board certification (OTR/L).
Haleigh’s broad clinical experience allows her to adapt her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each child she serves. She provides school-based occupational therapy services, as well as support in early intervention and pediatric outpatient settings, helping children build the foundational skills needed for success in everyday activities. Her well-rounded background strengthens her ability to collaborate with families, educators, and team members to deliver individualized, high-quality care.
Haleigh is known for her compassionate nature, flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to supporting children holistically. She approaches each situation with creativity and adaptability, helping to ensure that services are both effective and meaningful for every child she works with.
Outside of work, Haleigh enjoys spending time with her family and children, cherishing the moments that inspire her both personally and professionally
